These terms apply to nudgoo.com and the Nudgoo early access list, operated by esora Inc. ("we"). The Nudgoo service itself will have its own terms, which we'll share before you start using it.
The early access list
- Joining the early access list is free and doesn't create an account or a contract for the service.
- The early access list is currently available only to business users aged 18 or older who are located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
- We invite teams in small groups and may choose who to invite. Joining the list doesn't guarantee an invitation or a date.
- Please give accurate information and only sign up with an email address you control.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site, for example by sending automated sign-ups or trying to break its security.
Content
The site, the Nudgoo name, and the logo belong to esora Inc. Descriptions of Nudgoo describe what we're building, and features may change before or after launch.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using the site or the early access list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
