Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how esora Inc. ("we") handles personal information collected on nudgoo.com. Right now, the site only collects sign-ups for the Nudgoo early access list, and we receive emails sent to hello@nudgoo.com. We will update this policy before the Nudgoo service itself opens.
Who we are
esora Inc. is a company registered in Japan and operates Nudgoo. Contact: hello@nudgoo.com. Our registered address in Japan and the name of our representative director are available on request at hello@nudgoo.com.
Who the early access list is for
The early access list is currently available only to business users aged 18 or older who are located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If Cloudflare identifies your connection as coming from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we reject your sign-up without saving your sign-up details. If we learn that a sign-up came from there or from someone under 18, we will delete it.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your Instagram handle or website, your team size, and your inquiries per month.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link (utm parameters) and the referring page, if your browser shares them.
- The times you signed up, we sent your confirmation email, you confirmed, and when we invite you.
- If you email us, your message and any details you include in it.
We do not store your IP address in our sign-up database. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and basic browser information when you visit. On the home page, which has the sign-up form, Cloudflare Turnstile uses this information to check that you're human. When you submit the form, we pass your IP address to Cloudflare to limit repeated sign-ups and to complete that check. Cloudflare also tells us which country your connection comes from so we can apply the regional limit above; we don't store it.
Why we use it
- To confirm your email address and keep your spot on the early access list.
- To choose which teams to invite first, and to email you about early access and the launch of Nudgoo.
- To answer emails you send us.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to target ads.
Legal basis
We process your information based on your consent when you join the list, which you can withdraw at any time by leaving the list. We also rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, for example to limit repeated sign-ups and check you're human. When you email us, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the site, stores sign-ups, sends our emails, and runs the human check. For Turnstile, Cloudflare also uses some of this information on its own behalf to improve bot detection, as described in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
- GMO Pepabo, Inc. (Japan) provides the mailbox (Lolipop) where we receive emails sent to hello@nudgoo.com.
Cloudflare may process your information in the United States and other countries where it operates. Except for the Turnstile use described above, Cloudflare processes it on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum with us. Cloudflare is also certified under the Global CBPR Forum's Global Privacy Recognition for Processors (Global PRP) system. You can ask us at hello@nudgoo.com for more details about these safeguards and about the data protection rules in those countries.
How we protect it
- Only one administrator account can access the sign-up list, and it is protected by two-step verification.
- The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Confirmation links are stored only as one-way hashes, and links to leave the list are signed so they can't be guessed.
- We limit repeated sign-ups and check that you're human. We have turned off the request logs on our servers that could record confirmation and leave-the-list links, and our own logs don't record email addresses or IP addresses.
- We delete information on the schedule below.
You can ask us about these measures at hello@nudgoo.com.
How long we keep it
- If you don't confirm your email, we delete your sign-up after 30 days.
- If you confirm, we keep your sign-up until you leave the list. We delete the whole list within one month after we announce that Nudgoo is generally available.
- If you leave the list, we delete your sign-up right away.
- We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Deleted sign-ups may remain in our database provider's backups for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed.
- Cloudflare keeps its own records of the emails we send (such as the recipient address and whether delivery succeeded) for a limited time under its retention rules.
- If we export the list to choose who to invite, we delete each export once we've sent the invitations it was made for.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the list at any time with the link in our emails, or by writing to hello@nudgoo.com. You can also ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to stop using it, or to give you a copy. We'll respond within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set cookies for tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical information to tell people and bots apart.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
